We had many issues with rodents including squirrels because of our chicken coop and garden. Also, the squirrels were getting into our attic, boats and trucks, sometimes chewing on wiring or chewing on the lead boots on our roof.
When I took matters into my own hands, the first thought and action was to simply shoot them. The first one I took out was the last one, I looked into the squirrels eyes before I took him out and then assessed the situation and realized I couldn't do it.
So, the next step I was inspired my aunt Jerri, she sent me a video of a squirrel getting thrown over the fence into the woods by a small but very weak catapult. I then set out to develop and build one that rivals any catapult or launcher.
Once I had the formula figured out and I sent the first flying that was it.
