An independent podcast hosted by a gay Malaysian Chinese living in New Zealand who has experienced anxiety, depression, and ADHD. With a background in mental health since 2004, I’ve developed a deep passion for sharing people’s stories so no one has to feel alone.
Growing up feeling isolated taught me the value of vulnerability, pain, and connection — how our struggles can bring us closer when shared with compassion. Through this platform, I hope every story reminds you that whatever you’re going through, you are never alone.
Alongside the podcast, we also share The Boy Who Wanted to Be Cinderella, a queer fairytale I created for the gay community. It’s a story of courage, love, and being true to yourself, offering representation and hope for those who grew up not seeing their stories reflected in the world around them.
