Brahma Meditations - Morning Guided Meditation
Good Morning Beautiful Souls โ I wanted to share my morning routine as a meditation creator ๐ง
This is my morning, editing new meditation for you. But of course, after my morning meditation. Honestly, I dont listen to my own morning meditations, because I start analyzing my voice, word choice and other "professional aspects". I love either doing breath work or mindfulness meditation, combining it with intention setting.
I also love massaging my neck, and slightly moving the hips with the spine during a morning meditation. I feel it helps to softly awaken the body and let the happy hormones flow through my blood.
Then, I love doing my coffee and edit a meditation for you, as I try to post daily on YouTube.
When I am done, I do a workout (it can be running outside, or a home workout).
After that I shower and eat, organize my house and keep working on new meditations. Usually I write scripts, create thumbnails and record new meditations later in the afternoon (if the neighbors dont make much noise hehe).

Itโs been a week of daily morning meditation videos. I hope this can help starting the day with more excitement and inspiration!
I decided to make only morning themes for now, this is what comes out of my heart and resonates with me the most.
Iโve been always very careful with the word choice, cuz it goes straight to your subconscious mind. And I only can sit down and write a meditation if it comes from the inside of my heart.
Right now I make sure my each morning starts with a walk, a coffee and meditation. I literally put this in my schedule.
I noticed, my days are very productive and fulfilled when I start my morning with mindful practices.
I truly hope you are enjoying the each morning of your life, setting the best intentions for upcoming day.

Good Morning my dear people โ
I want to share a morning quote with you that touched me so deep in the heart.
It says:
"Lose an hour in the morning, and you will spend all day looking for it".
These are the right words to describe a whole pattern of "not having time"for ourselves, but then we try to compensate this luck with artificial sources. This inner fulfillment comes from feeling great in the first place, before our day starts.
So that when we live thought the entire day, our can is full. We don't feel like we are lucking something and missing while doing everyday routine.
To fulfill your heart and mind in the morning, you only need a few simple things:
๐งShort Morning Meditation to wake up, right in bed.
โA nice cup of coffee or tea.
๐Sit down together with your mind and write down your dreams, so that you remember where you are heading to.
๐Your personal routine that makes you feel great and gives energy (for me its a morning run + a skin routine after shower).

๐ First of all, thank you all for being here, showing up to take care of your wellbeing. I appreciate each one of you, I am infinitely grateful for the opportunity to reach out to you with my meditations.
๐ Second, I am wishing you the best year possible, from my heart. I am sure you will take care of yourself even better this year, and transform your life into even more blissful experience. You've got everything for it and I just hope my guided meditation can make this path more pleasant.
