WELCOME to my virtual yoga studio! My hope for this channel is to explain the way I see, practice and love yoga. These practices are free and available for everybody or better said, every-BODY. No matter you age, race, gender, body type, experience or flexibility.
Keep in mind that I don’t use yoga as an exercise. Yoga is NOT designed to give you a cardio workout or make you strong or flexible (although those are byproducts of the practice). Yoga is about the connection/communication you have with your body. It's about intimacy. Getting to know who you are, where you are and what you need in this moment. So when practicing, use very little, if any force, move slowly, mindful with ease, focus and joy.
Practice in a way that will want you to get back to your mat.
