Glenna Farms was established when Rick and Kristine Glenna purchased the 80-acre farm in 1995 as a hobby but over the years, the hobby grew. Rick couldn’t resist the temptation of modernizing and expanding, and in March 2001, he retired from his corporate job in Minneapolis to pursue the hobby full-time.
Today, the hobby continues – but the 80-acre maple syrup farm Rick and Kristine started with is more than just maple trees. It is home to a retail store with products made in Wisconsin – like pure maple syrup, cheese, salami, salsa, jam, beer, wine, firewood and so much more.
Although the maple syrup farm has expanded, the Glenna Family still thinks of it as their hobby and pursues it with the same passion and enthusiasm they had in 1995.
