Hi! I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), long time early interventionist (started in 2010), and father of a premature child!

I have worked with infants, toddlers, teens, and adults with developmental delays, Autism, Down Syndrome, and Dementia.

If you're a parent or new professional this channel is for you! Here I will do my best to break things down that I have learned over many years of service (I started working with children in 2005).

I will focus on child development but will dabble in leadership as time goes on because I believe we need to develop this aspect of our lives in order to better serve others.

Everything you see here is evidence based, combined with my hands-on experience after working with 1000's of families throughout my career!
