I’ve been around BBQ all my life, literally grew up watching my father managing fires and cooking every weekend. Grilling and smoking meat has always been a way of life for me. From building smokers to competition cooking. Even after all the years like everything in life, I am still learning and always will be. I’ll be cooking on a BlackStone griddle as well as a couple custom smokers, Weber kettles and Ugly drum smokers along with whatever else I may find on down the road.
