I didn't believe in ME/CFS until it happened to me. "From Harvard to Homeless" is an alternate working title describing what happened to me over 5 years ago now.

I went from traveling the world, jogging, and working in non-profit management to being unable to walk, talk, drive or think as of Summer 2020. No longer always bed-bound, my mom allowed me to stay with her while I recover, but my sister had a relationship change and there is only one guestroom, so! I am floating between homes as I try to figure out how to break free from ME.

As of Summer 2025, my life is a fraction of what it was, what I know it could be due to my symptoms. I am determined to find what will work for me, inviting the ME/CFS community and others to join me for a minute daily.

No makeup, no editing, no graphics, because well, ME...

There are ME/CFS channels featuring folks who have recovered, helping us out with ideas.. I hope I'm one of them someday!
