🇬🇧 Diana shared her 6 pictures of July as she always does for every month on Instagram.
She also shared some of her thought on her Telegram.
I will share everything here and i will also upload the pictures on a separate file fro those who can't see them here.

💬 D.A. - I doubt a lot. I get disappointed too often and grow faster than those around me. I ask too few questions when I should be bursting with them. And I am too active when everyone else is standing still. I worry at the beginning so as not to break everything in the end. I don't know how many people around me understand me. Und ich bin zu aktiv, wenn alle anderen stillstehen. Ich mache mir am Anfang Sorgen, um am Ende nicht alles kaputt zu machen. Ich weiß nicht, wie viele Menschen um mich herum mich verstehen. Und ich weiß nicht einmal, ob ich essen will. Ist es besser, Intuition und Gefühlen zu folgen oder Zahlen und Erfahrung? Oder kann ich vielleicht weiser sein und alle meine Teile vereinen?

Ich weiß nicht, wo meine Neue Erde ist. Ich möchte einfach nur dorthin gelangen und nicht alles verlieren, was ich finde. Ich möchte Vertrauen in meine Handlungen und Entscheidungen haben. Meine Bemühungen nicht abwerten. Diejenigen, die mich lieben, nicht verstoße. Sich nicht zu oft überfordern zu lassen und die Verantwortung nicht auf die erstbeste Person abzuwälzen, die ich treffe … nicht mehr zu denken, ich sei allein, wenn so viele aufrichtige Menschen um mich herum sind.

💬 D.A. - Je doute beaucoup. Je suis trop souvent déçue et je grandis plus vite que mon entourage. Je pose trop peu de questions alors que je devrais en poser. Et je suis trop active quand tout le monde est immobile. Je m'inquiète au début pour ne pas tout gâcher à la fin. Je ne sais pas combien de personnes autour de moi me comprennent. Et je ne sais même pas si j'ai envie de manger. Vaut-il mieux suivre son intuition et ses sentiments ou les chiffres et l'expérience ? Ou peut-être que je peux être plus sage et unir toutes mes forces ?

Je ne sais pas où se trouve ma Nouvelle Terre. Je veux juste y arriver et ne pas tout perdre. Je veux avoir confiance en mes actions et mes décisions. Ne pas dévaloriser mes efforts. Ne pas repousser ceux qui m'aiment. Ne pas me laisser trop souvent submerger et ne pas rejeter la responsabilité sur la première personne rencontrée… Arrêter de me croire seule alors qu'il y a tant de gens sincères autour de moi.

È meglio seguire l'intuizione e le sensazioni o i numeri e l'esperienza? O forse posso essere più saggia e unire tutte le mie parti?

Non so dove sia la mia Nuova Terra. Voglio solo arrivarci e non perdere tutto ciò che trovo. Voglio essere sicura delle mie azioni e decisioni. Non svalutare i miei sforzi. Non allontanare chi mi ama. Non sentirmi sopraffatta troppo spesso e non scaricare la responsabilità sulla prima persona che incontro... smettere di pensare di essere sola quando ci sono così tante persone sincere intorno.

💬 D.A. - This summer is probably the first in my life that is entirely devoted to creativity. I am passionate about creating my debut authorial album.
I write music, compose lyrics, it has completely absorbed my life.
Such a creative, sedentary summer.
It's my first album, so there are many fears, what if something goes wrong?
But I try to cope.

🎤︎︎ - Some time ago, you recorded a duet with Dima Bilan with the song "In the Area of the Heart."
What is your relationship with him?

💬 D.A. - We became friends after the "Mask" project on NTV.
We found many points of connection, we both became famous at a fairly young age by winning competitions, and we understand that we need to move forward without losing ourselves.
Dima, as a mentor, supports me a lot, helps me not to withdraw into myself, not to be disappointed in what I do... It might seem like you go on stage, sing, people love you, attend your concerts, but then you burn out.
That happened to me at some point.
I spent quite a long time getting out of that state until I finally managed to find a new self.
During this period, Dima supported me a lot.
He is incredibly hardworking, sensitive, with an inner core.
At the same time, he enjoys his work, and the audience loves him.
For me, he is an example of how to live in harmony with yourself and society.

🎤︎︎ - You've said you experienced burnout. Did you ever get starstruck?

💬 D.A. - I have someone who can give me a "magic kick" at the right moment, and I immediately forget that I am a "star.", that person is my mom (Diana's adoptive mother, Irina).
She is very straightforward, If I start to get carried away, she immediately lets me know.
If it weren't for my mom, I don't know how my life would have turned out, she always knows how to find just the right words so that in any state I begin to believe in myself.
Although I live separately now, my mom remains one of the most important people in my life.
It is important for me to come to her and show new songs, share ideas and experiences.
We can chat like girlfriends and laugh, I love going to the cottage.
I immediately feel like a child, mom will bake pies and prepare all my favorite dishes, surround me with care and attention.
At the cottage, close people gather, and no one pressures you or discusses what you don't want to discuss.
I think this is the most ideal thing that can be in a family.
It wasn't always like this, we worked on our relationship during the separation period.
When a child grows and changes, they start to get to know their mom again, it is important for the mom at this moment to adjust and start loving and understanding the adult person that her child has become.
My mom managed to do this, and I am very grateful to her for it.
I wish everyone to maintain relationships with their mother in any circumstances, if, of course, she deserves it.

🎤︎︎ - What character traits did you dislike about yourself during adolescence?

💬 D.A. - Of course, like all traumatized people, I can say that I don't love myself very much, but I want to say the opposite.
If you look at my actions and my surroundings, I am still a good person, maybe I am too stubborn, because I was born in the Year of the ram.
But it is probably thanks to this that I managed to draw attention to myself and get into those competitions where quieter people could not get in.

🎤︎︎ - I know that you used to react extremely painfully to social media negative criticism.
Have you managed to overcome these feelings?

💬 D.A. - Previously, the reactions were unconscious, now I am in therapy and have become more aware.
Envy and hate are part of the profession, they both exist in the life of any artist.
As they say, "if you can't change the situation, change your attitude towards it."
I succeeded.
And now, honestly, I don't care at all about haters attacks.
There are enough people in society who support me and accept me as I am and they are also my source of inspiration and calm.

🎤︎︎ - In September, the international music competition "Intervision" will take place in Moscow.
Was there any desire to participate?

💬 D.A. - No. I am currently undergoing such a creative and vocal rebirth that I have completely different priorities. I've had enough of competitions.

🎤︎︎ - What do you think about artists who suddenly start singing without having professional training but still gain the audience's attention? Like Instasamka, for example?

💬 D.A. - By nature, I am not at all envious, I can admire others' talent and rejoice in their success.
As for Instasamka, we have different directions in music.
I support diversity in artists, tastes, and opinions.
There are so many people in the world that if you truly deserve attention, you will always find your audience, regardless of whether you have musical education or not.
I have my audience, Instasamka has hers, but if some of her fans listen to my new album and like it, I will be happy to see them at my concerts, If my audience likes other artists too, that's great.
I don't see public attention as a pie that needs to be divided.

- This tour is the first one that was accompanied by a "live" accompaniment from the beginning to the end. Do you plan to continue and what can you say about the musicians of the "DA" group?

💬 D.A. - Yes, I plan to continue performing with live sound - both on tours and in general. Because this is no longer just a performance with a "backing track", but a completely different level of sound ... There was a lot of work to rethink some tracks, create new arrangements, organically "transfer" all this to the stage, implement it in the form of live music. By the way, the audience accepts the live performance very well, some are really delighted!

💬 D.A. - 🥁🎸 About the musicians. Drummer Sergey Maslov and guitarist Vlad Mikhailov are people with whom we literally became close during this tour. And this is probably such a fulfillment of my little dream: to be surrounded by people interested in what they do, as much as I am! And this makes me want to live even more: because you are understood, and not only in music, but in everything, and this is very, very cool!

- How do you usually relax after a concert? Get some sleep, eat well, lie on the couch? Or, on the contrary, active rest: gym, walk, sightseeing?

💬 D.A. - If it's another concert on tour, then we just go to dinner and go to bed. Sometimes - straight to the train... The next day, if we arrive early in the morning, we have half a day free. Then it happens that you can go somewhere: take a walk, go shopping. But more often we just have a rehearsal. In general, on tour we live according to a schedule. At least, we try.

✨ Совсем недавно закончился весенний гастрольный тур Дианы Анкудиновой 💫

Это был не просто очередной концертный тур, он во многих отношениях стал для Дианы важным поворотным моментом, творческим прорывом.

🎙О новых песнях и новом альбоме, команде и музыкальном сопровождении, трудностях и маленьких радостях, отдыхе и быте - обо всём этом и многом другом – в нашем эксклюзивном интервью.

- Диана, весенний гастрольный тур закончился. Твои впечатления?

- Д.А. Удивительно, но в этот раз впервые команда была как семья, как родные. Раньше туры проходили более буднично: приехали, выступили, уехали - просто работа. А сейчас гастроли прошли в абсолютно непринуждённой атмосфере. Причём все мы - с абсолютно с разными темпераментами, характерами, и от этого ещё интереснее проводить время вместе… И везде, в каждом городе, кто-нибудь обращал на это внимание. Не сказать, что мы как-то специально это демонстрировали, но как-то люди всё равно это замечали.

- Можешь описать тур тремя словами?

- Д.А. Окей. «Поддержка, команда, любовь» - вот такими классными словами могу описать!

- Ну, а какой-то особенный, самый запомнившийся момент?

- Д.А. Да, в общем-то, весь тур - как один большой особенный момент. Каждое мгновение было очень классным, не могу выделить что-то конкретное… Иначе придётся всё рассказать, от первой и до последней минуты! (смеётся)

- Что для тебя самое тяжёлое во время гастролей?

- Д.А. Самое тяжелое… Обычно это, конечно, недосып и смена часовых поясов. Но в этот раз всё было очень комфортно, и логистика была выстроена настолько удобно, что это отметила вся команда. Поэтому в этот раз мы прям кайфанули!

- Этот тур - первый, который от начала до конца сопровождался «живым» аккомпанементом. Планируешь ли продолжать и что можешь сказать о музыкантах группы «ДА»?

- Д.А. Да, я и дальше планирую выступать с живым звуком – и в турах, и вообще. Потому что это уже не просто выступление под «минусовку», а совсем другой уровень звучания… Была очень большая работа, чтобы переосмыслить некоторые треки, создать новые аранжировки, органично «перенести» всё это на сцену, реализовать в форме живой музыки. Зрители, кстати, отлично принимают живое исполнение, кто-то – реально в восторге!

🥁🎸О музыкантах. Барабанщик Сергей Маслов и гитарист Влад Михайлов - это люди, с которыми мы буквально сроднились за этот тур. И это, наверное, такое исполнение моей маленькой мечты: чтобы меня окружали люди, заинтересованные в том, что они делают, так же сильно, как и я! И от этого ещё больше хочется жить: потому что тебя понимают, и не только в музыке, а во всём, и это очень-очень круто!

- Как обычно отдыхаешь после концерта? Выспаться, хорошо поесть, поваляться на диване? Или, наоборот, активный отдых: спортзал, прогулка, достопримечательности?

- Д.А. Если это очередной концерт в туре, то мы просто идём ужинать и ложимся спать. Иногда - сразу на поезд… На следующий день, если мы приезжаем рано утром, есть полдня свободных. Тогда бывает, что можно куда-то выбраться: погулять, устроить шоппинг. Но чаще у нас просто репетиция. А вообще, на гастролях живём по расписанию. По крайней мере, стараемся.
