Welcome to Sweat City! Through the "SweatChannel" we hope to share our world-class training tips and drills for you to better your own fitness knowledge.
Our videos are aimed at 2 different populations of viewers: 1.) Fitness Trainers and Exercisers and 2.) Athletes and Coaches.
Located in Southern California, we host fitness boot camp classes for adults that focus on circuit training that combines cardio, strength training, and core/abs exercises for a total body workout.
We are the year-round Speed and Strength Coaches for several soccer, lacrosse, football, volleyball, basketball, and baseball high school and club programs in SoCal, where we teach young athletes to improve their running form, agility, footwork, reaction-time, jumping ability, and explosiveness.
We hope you will be able to use what you learn from us for your own betterment, as our goal is to develop healthier, stronger, and more athletic individuals of all ages.
