Alliance for Public Health
The Alliance for Public Health (APH) is a leading Ukrainian NGO tackling HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, and other major public health challenges in Ukraine and across Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
For over 20 years, APH has been saving lives and improving health through innovative, person-centered programs — including harm reduction, mobile clinics, digital health tools, and crisis response initiatives.
Working closely with government and civil society partners, APH supports over 250,000 people from the most vulnerable communities each year — the highest coverage in Europe.
Our mission: to improve health and quality of life through impactful, sustainable public health interventions rooted in human rights and inclusivity.
