Leaving England behind and heading into Scotland for a wild water adventure! 🏴🏔 We’re making some epic stops, like the Meeting of the Three Waters in Glencoe and the hauntingly beautiful Devil’s Pulpit near Glasgow—and maybe even a few secret spots!

Just a man in the water

As promised me and Andy would like to invite you to join us on one of our dip days. We are heading to Cauldron Falls in Leyburn. On the 19th October for 11:30am.

See my dip day No.67 video 😊

Cauldron Falls is the ideal place as it’s got an amazing cascade where you can get the perfect profile picture standing under it or in front. A large plunge pool to swim which is probably around 5 feet at its deepest. It’s easy access and a short walk from parking up. Details below.

I find Cauldron Falls to be one of the colder ones and would expect temperatures to be in single figures.

This is not an organised event, it’s designed for like minded people to have the opportunity to meet each other and enjoy a wild swim. Everyone is responsible for their own safety.

Me and Andy are happy to help anyone who hasn’t tried wild swimming into the water but I must stress as we are not qualified life guards I would recommend you are able to swim or have a floatation device.

It would be amazing to meet some of you.

Heading to the Town of Gainford in Darlington today to check out a great wild swimming spot. Apparently it’s very popular. Has anybody been yet? It’s got a natural Sulphur Spar which stinks of eggs 🤢 but is quite refreshing to taste. Look out for dip day No.75

Travelling through to Harrogate to drop my daughter off, which I have done for the last 15 years. I cross over this bridge just before Ripon Race course. I always gaze over at how nice the River Ure looks. So tonight on my way home I’m going to seize the moment and complete dip No.72 💪🏻 here. It even has a small waterfall under the bridge 😁 who would have known? 🤷🏼‍♂️
