I’m Laila Safaee, the youngest female multi-award-winning agency owner in the UK. At 25, I founded a boutique letting agency in Sandbanks-one of Britain’s most exclusive postcodes and built it into a recognised and respected brand before selling it eight years later.

Now I’m a brand and business consultant, helping ambitious founders, leaders, and creatives build unforgettable brands through strategy, storytelling, and confidence. I also have co-founded a luxury boutique holiday letting company Sandbanks Holiday co.
