The inspiration behind the name pays homage to the iconic chicken soup served at Employees Only upon closing time. As a nightly gift from the kitchen, it’s the sincerest way to thank those who stayed until closing and send them home feeling a bit more special than usual.
With that same ethos in mind, 4AM Chicken Soup is a YouTube show that ties educational elements into personal anecdotes about a cocktail world that might otherwise be intimidating to those who are not so familiar with it. I happen to be a big believer in the harmony that’s created between food & drinks, which is why I decided to tie in different pairings into each episode of 4AM Chicken Soup.
As someone who has been a part of the beverage industry for over 25 years ~ as a bartender, business owner, bar mentor and motivational speaker ~ I want to share my experience beyond the bar and I hope the takeaway from each episode will evoke excitement and interest for new discoveries.
