Aisha Francis is the creator of Heels Dance — a genre she introduced to the commercial dance world in 2003. For over two decades, she has trained more than 15,000 dancers across 60+ countries, with thousands going on to perform professionally.
Her choreography has been featured on global stages, award shows, and in iconic performances seen by millions. A former Laker Girl with a foundation in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, modern, African, cheer, and gymnastics, Aisha has coached and performed with Beyoncé, Rihanna, Janet Jackson, Ciara, Prince, Chlöe, and many more.
Through Aisha Francis Studios, she continues to set the standard with elite training and a global movement built on presence, precision, and power.
