Mimamsa Yogshala

Mimamsa Yogshala is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga school in Rishikesh, founded in 2015 by Yogi Manoj.

We run 100, 200, 300 and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYS 100, 200, 300, 500) from Swargashram, Ram Jhula, minutes from the banks of the Ganga. We also offer a Sound Healing Teacher Training. Mimamsa is one of the first schools in Rishikesh to combine yoga and music.

Our roots are in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa. Alongside asana, students study pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and teaching methodology, the full Yoga Alliance syllabus, taught in small batches.
