A few weeks later, DIDDY and his CO-CONSPIRATORS (KIM WORTHY) sent 3 men to SILENCE HIM by MURKING HIM. BUT, they FAILED. EPICALLY. INSTEAD, he DEFENDED HIMSELF and the woman he was with and ultimately, he and the armed assailant fell to the ground and onto the guy's own knife which led to the accidental stabbing of the assailant (CARL BISHOP) who later succumbed to his injuries. The aforementioned discovery shall be completed by no later than January 30, 2026. On Nov. 18, 2024, they tried to CONFISCATE the gRAPE kit results IDENTIFYING SEAN COMBS as the DNA CONTRIBUTOR and PERPETRATOR to the BRUTAL gRAPE and PHYSICAL ASSAULT upon DERRICK LEE CARDELLO-SMITH in the Summer of 1997, and later FRAMED Cardello-Smith for CSC (gRAPE) and kidnapping of 3 different women AT THE ORDER OF SEAN COMBS & KIM WORTHY, CURRENT Chief Prosecutor (then Judge) of Wayne County, MI.
On Nov. 28, 2024 that R-kit was picked up from MDOC by US Marshalls and brought to FEDERAL COURT.
