YoYetti, raised in Cusseta, Ga, fell in love with hip-hop at 13 listening to Lil Wayne who is his biggest influence. 10 years ago a bandhero mic and computer later he started recording music with Fruity Loops under the rap name Lil Weaver with his friend Kevin, together they made 27 songs collectively under the name Old Money Records. Soon after they changed the group to BAKon Boyz Records in September 2014 where they would make 16 tracks collectively. At this point YoYetti was able to refine his rap skills just enough to realize he may have something there but he was far from being anywhere near as good as he could be. July 2016 music stopped being made due to Kevin and YoYetti parting ways from heavy drug use. Absent 7 years he finally found motivation while in rehab and made "Is It Okay To Cry" on June 2, 2022 which received positive comments from family. With a newly fire lit he is on a mission to get his music out to the masses.
