ADL Studio
The ADL team was founded in 2023 by Teacher Chou, Teacher Lan, and Teacher Huang. Teacher Chou began his career in the cram school industry in 2015. Over a decade of experience in both cram schools and private tutoring, she has worked with countless students—among them, Teacher Lan and Teacher Huang, who were once his own students.
In light of the changes brought by the Curriculum Guidelines (also known as the 108 Curriculum), students are no longer evaluated solely based on academic performance in school. Instead, they must now invest significant time and resources in various fields beyond the classroom to showcase their diverse talents in their "learning portfolios," which greatly influence their future academic prospects.
To address this issue, starting in 2020, Teacher Chou began traveling to regions such as Hualien, Taitung, and Pingtung, offering in-person support to students across Taiwan.
