Here's a joke that'll make you question your mental illness.

Autism: "Okay, let's just be really clear about everything. No figures of speech, just straightforward language."

ADHD (playing with a yo-yo, half-listening): "Sure, sure. I don't take anything seriously anyway."

Autism: "Right, but I mean if someone said something like 'break a leg,' I'd probably take that literally."

ADHD: "Wait, who? Who broke their leg?" (still fiddling with the yo-yo)

(Autism blinks, a bit confused, as AUDHD barges in.)

AUDHD: "Hey guys! So I think I know you were talking about me, and that's okay, but it's also not okay. And I just wanted to let you know that if you are talking about me, that's not really right because I wasn't invited and I wasn't here." (gasps for air)

(Autism starts to look pained by the rambling.)

ADHD (noticing Autism's expression): "Wait, it was you? You broke your leg?"

AUDHD: "Oh my god, how did I miss that? We gotta call an ambulance!"

Autism: "What do you mean 'how did you miss that'? You weren't even here—this wasn't about you!"

(AUDHD starts to cry, while ADHD runs around in the background looking for a phone.)

(ADHD finally calls 911.)

911 Operator: "911, what’s your emergency?"

Autism: "I’m surrounded by idiots."

911 Operator: "Oh, so you know everything, huh? Welcome to my world."

ADHD: "He broke his leg!"

911 Operator: "Well, why did you need him to tell me that?"

AUDHD: "Who are you talking to?"

My personal opinion of what intelligence is.

Intelligence to me, is the ability to understand reality, and also how well you can explain it to others.

To me. The most intelligent people in history are scientists, who's purpose is to explore the unknown.
A person with a light bulb.
Had an idea.
And then, they set out to prove it.

A hypothesis!

The more you think about it.
The more it makes sense.
