The Troll Project was initiated by Dr. Ruth Diaz in 2023, a psychologist and pioneer in the XR space. Our mission is to discover and enhance conflict resiliency in virtual communities by exploring trolling through direct engagement.
What We are Doing:
-Learning about troll culture: We engage directly with individuals involved in trolling to uncover the roots and dynamics of these behaviors.
-Sharing Insights: We provide valuable information on the impacts of trolling to empower communities and organizations.
-Creating Conversations: We facilitate discussions with community leaders, moderators, and developers to develop effective strategies.
-Building and Testing Solutions: We innovate and implement solutions, from social VR worlds to community programs.
