I’m Vannah a wife, mom, and nurse practitioner on a journey of healing, weight loss, and holistic wellness. For years, I lived life on autopilot busy with work, family, and responsibilities while neglecting my own health, emotionally, mentally, and physically. After facing trauma, loss, anxiety, and health challenges, I realized it was time to take control of my body, mind, and spirit.
I started documenting my weight loss journey, but this truly is evolving into something bigger than me as I’ve seen how many health struggles stem from poor nutrition, stress, and lack of awareness so I decided to kick it up a notch and share what I know as a NP and what I’m learning about holistic health, disease prevention, and sustainable lifestyle changes. My goal is to help women like you make intentional choices for your health, reclaim your energy, and live a more fulfilled life.
