Started these videos Nov 15 2023.
I have no background in fitness, had a lazy childhood.
I started handstands at about 30, so if anyone watching is younger than that, now is a great time to start.
If i can do it, you can too!
so what is this channel?
well, just me working out really.
occasionally you will see cute animals, or some random funny thing.
I do make the occasional funny edits but those don't seem to get watched 😔.
i try to keep things real, raw and unedited.
but will occasionally have some fun with the potentials of technology (making more hamster/hedgehog edits).
anyways what the heck am I even talking about here... uh right. thank you for making it this far, it shows you care... or are very bored.
As someone who has no one who cares, I need someone to care.
so show your support and comment.
i have put hard work into this channel, so YouTube don't even think about taking my baby away from me, you should respect this baby I birthed.
Sincerely,
HandstandMAN

Wow! Time flies when you are upside-down!
I can not believe i am already at 1000 videos.
Thats allotta handstands!!! I dont know what to do to celebrate ( mostly because my wrist hurts and i cant handstand properly )
I am not sure anyone watches the old videos, but youtube has sort of become like a virtual journal for me.
Its nice to think that someone out there might care.

I wish i lived my life differently.
In my childhood, i should have been happier, enjoyed it more...laughed more, worried less.
I wish i did more physically, learned more. Achieved more.
Its like to everyone else i appeared to be normal, but inside of myself was anything but.
I never had the right support.
Its never too late to change. But you can never get back years. Often the damage done in those years is irreversible.
Now its a mad rush against time to do the things i should have done long ago. To try to find the life i let pass me by.
This is how you can be going through life. But not really BE alive.
So i encourage you to find something new, get out of the house and just go try something you have never done. Could be anything... just dont miss it before its too late.
Its like one day you blink and you are old, then what? Hope you can still move because if not...the living part of life is over.
