Dr. Gangrene
Nashville based TV horror movie host Dr. Gangrene, Physician of Fright, began hosting horror movies in the Middle Tennessee region in 1999 on cable access and later on Nashville's CW58. To date, the Doc has won a number of awards including eight Rondo Awards, numerous regional Emmy nominations, and was inducted into the Horror Host Hall of Fame in 2015. In addition, he has appeared in a number of media outlets including USA Today, Spike TV, The Saturday Evening Post, Rue Morgue Magazine, Scary Monsters Magazine, NPR, Gear Magazine, the Dick Tracy comic strip, and many more.
