Our legal assistance include support for the formation and management of Trusts, Societies, and NGOs under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950. We also offer expert guidance on administrative compliance and governance.
We guide NGOs on financial sustainability and relevant key Income Tax Act 1961 provisions.
