Ma'am Charlene Co holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree, Major in English and Literature, graduating cum laude in 2015. Here on YouTube, she uploads English grammar and career-related tutorial videos.

She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in English Language Education at Bulacan State University. Ma'am Charlene successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers in 2015. She also received an Honor Graduate Eligibility from the Civil Service Commission, which exempted her from the Civil Service Exam (CSE). Currently, she relishes teaching English subjects in senior high school and college in Bulacan.
