I'm Claire, and I've been baking since I could hold a spatula. As a child, I started with yogurt cakes and pancakes. Then as a teenager, I moved on to lemon meringue pies and chocolate fondants. Eventually, I wanted to get a professional baking diploma in recent years. I'm self-taught; I trained in my kitchen in the evenings after work, using books, forums, and lots of trial and error!

Here, you will find the creations I am most proud of. They are all products of my imagination and experimentation. Through my delicious recipes, you will get plenty of advice to ensure your success too!
