ROLL THIS WAY SUSHI CATERING & CLASSES

Roll This Way started as a sushi catering company, and evolved to offer sushi making kits for virtual and in-person classes, across Canada and the USA.

One night in 2010, in Los Angeles, a group of friends wanted to do something different for dinner. When the idea of sushi came up, fortunately one of them had plenty of experience. Everyone took turns creating a roll, learning along the way. What started out as a casual dinner, quickly became evident to all that this experience would grow beyond that kitchen.

After moving back to their hometown of Toronto in 2012, husband and wife team, Chef John and Dominika Hoffmann, used their decades-long experience in the hospitality industry, to feed thousands of people.   From dinners for two, to weddings for hundreds, to corporate events for thousands, they have now expanded their brand to bring an at-home Sushi Making Kit and experience to all kitchens across Canada and the USA.
