Kirk McDow is best known now for being CEO of Earthwaking University, but previously as the Contribution Coach. For over 25 years he has utilized his passion for mentorship, performance coaching and contribution selling, and leadership. He is the creator of Contribution SellingTM and Contribution LeadershipTM. He is the author of Contribution Selling and Growing Giants: Contribution Sales Management. As creator and developer of the Earthwaking University Visionary Program, Kirk leads individuals through 12 weeks of cleaning themselves from the inside out. They’re offered the opportunity to find their voice to take their “Mess to Message" and share their gifts with the world.
When he isn’t stoking the light of world-class lighthouse leaders he is pounding out funky beats as a highly-skilled drummer.
