ICEY BILLS (born Olawale Muhiz Opeyemi) is an Afrofusion artist from Lagos and Ibadan, Nigeria, known for blending sweet melodies with emotionally driven storytelling. His music explores themes of love, life, vulnerability, and everyday experiences, delivered through a calm yet expressive vocal style that resonates deeply with listeners.

Inspired by the sounds that surrounded him growing up — especially the records played by his grandmother — ICEY BILLS developed a strong appreciation for melody and authentic musical expression from an early age. Although music has always been part of his life, he began pursuing it professionally in 2019.
