Since 2010, we’ve completed over 11,000 fostering and adoption medical assessments across the UK.

This channel provides expert advice and guidance on fostering medicals, adoption medicals, special guardianship medicals and the fostering and adoption process, including medical adviser reports, AH and AH2 forms, panel considerations and common medical conditions.
