Future School Leaders is the brainchild of young entrepreneurs who conceived the idea after spending a year visiting various holistic schools across India. During their visits, they realized that our current school system is based on memorization, fear, and authoritative teaching. There was less student participation and more of a race to finish the syllabus on time. Understanding the dynamics of India's classrooms, they felt that time had come to bring about a radical and innovative change in the lives of educators across schools in India. And thus they gave birth to the brand FSL. FSL inspires innovation in education by taking the responsibility of introducing Indian school leaders to global school leaders. Simply put, FSL invites individuals from India and around the world who are making a holistic difference in schools and sets up seminars where India's school leaders can attend to learn new teaching methods in their classrooms.
