Florida Cottage Garden

Welcome to my Central Florida garden (Zone 10a), where something is always growing 🌿

I focus mainly on flowers—especially roses, zinnias, delphinium, and ranunculus, depending on the season—along with a variety of herbs. I also love growing pollinator-friendly plants that attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds 🐝🦋🌸

Gardening in a hot, humid climate comes with its challenges, and I share what works (and what doesn’t!) as I grow throughout the seasons. Because we can garden year-round in Zone 10a, there’s always something happening—from seed starting and planting to harvesting and maintenance ☀️👒

Whether you’re new to gardening or looking for tips on growing in warm climates, you’ll find inspiration and practical advice here.

Join me as I dig, grow, and learn—one season at a time 💚

“The glory of gardening: hands in the dirt, head in the sun, heart with nature. To nurture a garden is to feed not just the body, but the soul.” — Alfred Austin
