Bordeaux vineyard & winery owned by the Cook family from Australia. Videos show the redevelopment of Château Maine Gazin and stories of how wine makes it to the bottle.
The vineyard is 7 Hectares overlooking the Gironde River in the ancient French village of Plassac, established for wine production by Romans in the 6th Century.
Wines produced are from Merlot, Petit Verdot & Cabernet Franc grown on un-irrigated limestone clay soils sloping north to south.
Château Maine Gazin has commenced conversion to Bio-organic certification.
