Hi, my name is Dominica and thanks for checking out my workout channel!

I've been into fitness and health my whole life - at age 4 I started skiing, then went on to gymnastics, track and field, snowboarding, pilates, boxing etc.

Working as a model since age 18 I've worked with many different health and fitness professionals and in 2010 I decided to get certified myself through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I did this out of general interest, but also to be able to help individuals with health issues or who simply want to lose fat.

Every now and then I get emails from people asking what I do as far as exercise, so I decided to start this channel and hopefully you guys can get some inspiration and follow the exercises.

You can make it as long of a workout as you can handle, by following different videos or repeat one that you like.
