Vashistha Yoga Foundation or VYF is a Non Profit Organization.
The aim of Vashistha Yoga or VYF is to spread the health awareness through Yoga.
Vashistha Yoga (VYF) offers Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga Practice.
VYF yoga videos categories: yoga for beginners, advance ashtanga yoga, vinyasa yoga flow,
hatha yoga, core or Abs yoga, yoga therapy and power yoga for weight loss.
Vashistha yoga believes that yoga pose should be practice with mindfulness. Yogasana or yoga pose is not
just a exercise, during practice we should unite our breath, movement, mind and spirit together.
Here, all yoga poses sequences is designed by Yoga Guru Dheeraj Vashistha, Ahmedabad, India.
we follows the philosophy of ancient sage patanjali in our yoga practice.
