Vegan | Staple | Healthy - Eating and Living

I have created this channel to share delicious vegan food inspired by African staple cuisine and how I maintain a healthy lifestyle. Some of the Ethiopian/Eritrean cuisines; Injera and the stew, vegetable and legumes that accompany it are eaten throughout Ethiopia and Eritrea. Others that I will share on this channel are any other cuisine I have converted to vegan, family recipes or street foods.
Vegan eating in Africa:
There has been research into the correlation between eating animal protein and income that found the consumption of meat increasing with income and then declining when the income reaches a certain high level. The research aside, the majority of people in Africa are not rich and do not eat animal protein so when I converted to vegan about a decade ago, I was able to continue eating the meals I enjoyed as a child.
Exercise:
Exercise has always been a part of my life, from long walks from and to school as a child and running and practicing yoga as an adult.
