Update: This channel was originally intended to post the woes of trying to grow heirloom tomatoes in the high heat, high humidity of our deep south summers. But, one day I was about to make a cheesecake, and was writing down the recipe for my kids who had recently requested me to get all of my recipes written down for them.
It occurred to me that I could just record it, instead. And, this would be a surprise for my kids when I'm gone. They'll be able to make my recipes while listening to and watching me make them.
I never intended for these videos to be seen by anyone else, and am still shocked that they've been found. This is why my videos are not exactly professional. I'm a person of humble means, just attempting to get the many recipes in my head on video, even if sloppily so.
So, while my kids have no idea this channel exists (yet), I truly appreciate all of you taking any interest in the meals we enjoy eating (and making). Thank you!
