Hi! We’re Neil and Lindsay Anderson, and this channel is built for people over 40 who want to stay strong, healthy, and energized.

We share professional tips, workouts, and health strategies designed for fitness in your 40s, 50s, and beyond. Our mission is simple: help you move better, feel better, and age powerfully.

Neil has been a personal trainer for over 30 years, with experience ranging from cardiac rehab and physical therapy to training professional dance teams like the Utah Jazz Dancers. Lindsay is a Registered Nurse with 20+ years in orthopedics and med/surg, and together we’ve owned and operated GPP Fitness in Centerville, UT for over 14 years.

We know firsthand that fitness after 40 isn’t the same as it was in your 20s and that’s exactly why we created this channel. Here, you’ll find functional, minimal, effective ways to train for longevity, not just aesthetics.
