I’m Dr. Nick Karr, an emergency physician with nearly two decades in high-acuity emergency medicine. This channel is where I take the things people hear about health, longevity, hormones, fitness, and performance - and slow them down enough to actually make sense.
There’s no shortage of information out there. The problem is separating what’s real, what’s useful, and what actually applies to a human being instead of a headline. That’s what I try to do here: explain the science in plain English, show where the signal is, and point out where the noise lives.
