This is an official Youtube channel of the Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (PPT after Peseschkian, since 1977) and the World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (positum.org)
Positive Psychotherapy is a humanistic psychodynamic psychotherapy method based on a positive conception of human nature and salutogenetic principles. The resource oriented psychotherapeutic treatment method is for individuals, couples, groups and families. It was developed by Nossrat Peseschkian and co-workers in Germany since 1977. Today it is used in the daily practice of a vast number of psychotherapists worldwide. Training seminars are presently offered in over 20 countries. It's an officially accepted modality of the European Association for Psychotherapy. Positive Psychotherapy (PPT after Peseschkian, since 1977) is a registered trademark in the European Union and the USA. Yhe method is represented by the World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (WAPP).
