A healthy mind is not all about positive thinking; it’s about PEACE. The kind of peace that stays steady even when life feels heavy.
Isaiah 26:3 (KJV) reminds us of this PEACE. This verse gave me a gentle reminder this morning — that our peace isn’t found in control, but in trust. When we turn our thoughts back to the LORD, again and again, our minds find rest that even our bodies can feel.
