As we get older, this stuff isn’t optional - it’s essential.
Adding Pilates or specific stretch sessions into your week can be an absolute game changer.
And yes fellas… this goes for us too (Real men do pilates)
Too often it’s the men who avoid these types of workouts. Give your heads a wobble lads.
