National Football Foundation

The National Football Foundation (NFF), a multifaceted 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and representing everything right with the sport, was founded in 1947 to mobilize amateur football’s constructive forces to strengthen America’s young people. Through the NFF’s programs and initiatives that encompass a broad spectrum of amateur football, the organization preserves the past, promotes the present, prepares for the future, and protects the game and opportunities it provides. These national programs and initiatives include but are not limited to: Future For Football, Good in The Game, I Played, National High School Academic Excellence Awards & Hatchell Cup, National Scholar-Athlete Awards and Campbell Trophy, a nationwide Chapter System, and NFF College Football Hall of Fame.
