Sugam is a registered, voluntary organisation working with vulnerable groups of children in Gurgaon, to impart education and life skills to the underprivileged using a rights-based, non-institutional approach.
The journey begins with introducing children from poor communities to our programme and supporting to ensure they complete school. They successfully fend off destabilizers such as child marriage and child labor and become first generation salary earners. Sugam NGO participants complete their education and have secure careers.
The youth - centered livelihoods programme connects the aspiration and potential of young people to available market opportunities. Sugam builds their employability skills and maps job potential based on indiviual strengths and mobility.
