Hi, I'm Bill Gates. Tune in here to watch videos about my work.
On this channel, I post videos about the issues I'm focused on: saving lives, improving education, and delivering cleaner, cheaper sources of energy.
I'm lucky that my work allows me to talk with a wide range of brilliant and insightful people working on some of the world's toughest problems. In these videos, you'll get to meet some of them.
I hope you'll enjoy watching, and that you'll stop by often to check out the latest additions. Feel free to share them with others and stay in touch: www.gatesnotes.com/

Talking to Reid Hoffman and Aria Finger is always a blast. I joined them on the latest episode of Possible to discuss some of the transformative technologies reshaping our world in areas like health, energy, climate, and education. Given the incredible pace of innovation today, I’m more excited—and optimistic—than ever about the potential of our future.

The future is bright because of the great energy and critical thinking that people like Eitan share with the world. Loved discussing pandemic prevention with the talented chef and recipe creator over Indian food.

My latest TED Talk is all about how we can make COVID-19 the last pandemic. I believe we can eliminate the threat of pandemics completely if we approach stopping infectious diseases like we approach fighting fires.

I always enjoy joining @TheDailyShow, even though we had to sit a little bit further apart than usual this time.

How does the coronavirus spread? And what happens when it infects a human? @kurzgesagt does a great job breaking it all down.

I know I'm biased, but I think "The Moment of Lift" is a wise, honest, and moving book about how empowering women lifts up everyone. I enjoyed Melinda’s #BookTube conversation with @ArielBissett, @abookutopia, and @ingridnilsen.

Back in my early Microsoft days, I routinely pulled all-nighters when we had to deliver a piece of software. Now that I’ve read Matthew Walker’s Why We Sleep, I realize that my all-nighters, combined with almost never getting eight hours of sleep, took a big toll.
This video from @AsapSCIENCE is an entertaining look at how neglecting sleep undercuts your brain health and emotional well-being.
