Before the main interview screening test is conducted which includes OIR test , story writing , it’s narration and discussion. The psych test has TAT , WAT , SRT , PIQ and SD . The GTO tests has group discussion, group planning, lecturette, PGT, HGT,snake race or GOR, individual obstacles, command task and FGT . The personal interview is an informal one mainly from your PIQ form and your life . All the three techniques are aiming to assess the leadership potential of the candidates .
