Hi you guys!
So sorry for the lack of communication on my end.. was hoping my next check in would consist of good news. Unfortunately, life has been life-ing 🥲
The good news is.. I’m feeling SO much better. With consistent chiropractic care, I’ve been able to maintain the SRS and have been able to get back to training normal again without anything flaring up.. thank the Lord! I need all the strength and conditioning I can get as I enter the final weeks growing this sweet baby and head into labor/delivery/postpartum season.
Not so good news.. Just as I was feeling well enough to jump back in and finish Active 3.0.. My studio space flooded again; but this time it’s caused much more damage. The flooding started April 2nd & has increasingly gotten worse with excessive rain after a very quick snow melt. However -I know many are in far worse situations with their houses completely underwater, having to evacuate and leave everything behind. My heart goes out to those families. I’m very grateful that my husband and I are able bodied and equip to handle our situation; and that although there’s damage.. it’s all replaceable.
With all of that being said.. Active 3.0 is to be continued -but as of now, I truly have no idea when I will be able to provide the rest of the workouts to complete the program. Breaks me a little to say that but learning to let go of what I can’t control. “Let go & let God” has been my motto as of recent 🤍

If someone gave you 10 million dollars, would you take it? Initially -most would likely answer yes because would couldn’t use the extra money in this economy..
But what if I told you that if you took the 10 million dollars, you wouldn’t wake up tomorrow?
If you answered no.. remember that your life is more valuable than 10 million dollars and you are worthy of showing up for yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually to ensure the best quality of life while building longevity đź«¶

Goodmorning Active Fam!
Happy Sunday đź’–
Little update from me: this past week has been tough due to pain making simple movements feel a little more challenging. Thankfully, I was able to get into the chiropractor which was an immediate relief.. although temporary; lasting about 24 hours and that was honestly so wonderful! I have a few chiropractor appointments scheduled this coming week and I’m praying that we can get on top of the issue so I can get back to a normal routine with exercise and finish this program out strong with all of you. As of now.. walking is the only form of movement that my body is allowing and phewww; I miss training SO much. The mental challenge of this situation has been so much harder than the physical pain. I rely heavily on the energy I get from more vigorous exercise and it’s been made VERY clear to me since having to pause my normal routine. But I have faith I’ll be back on track very, very soon! -p.s. I’m so sorry to be sharing my woes with all of you. Complaining isn’t my style at all and I typically like to keep things positive, happy, and uplifting because this life is such a blessing and I want that same energy to rub off on you. This is just my current reality and it came at the wrong time, forcing me to be a bit vulnerable than usual 🥲 Big thanks to all of you for your love, support, and understanding during this time!!

Wow! I have no words for the kindness, love, and understanding you all have shown me during this time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I typically wouldn’t share my “woes” with anyone.. especially a community of individuals I feel obligated to show up as my best for. But under the circumstances.. I wanted to keep it honest and share my reality, not for sympathy but because I owe it to those who have continued to supported me in this endeavor.
As promised.. I will absolutely be finishing out this program for all of you & for myself.. but with a bit more rest and recovery to ensure I prevent further injury flare ups.
I’ve decided to complete the program before sharing the rest; as I want you to get the “full” experience of this last month without it being all broken up. With that being said.. I hope you can all look at it as a little mini 3 week program when I’m finally able to release it -but also a completion to the 12 weeks of Active 3.0.
Until then.. I plan on sharing a weekly workout schedule you can follow to keep you moving! If the weekly workout schedules aren’t flowing for you, I recommend & encourage you to restart month two of Active 3.0 to fill your schedule until the last 3 weeks are released; and I promise to get them to you as SOON as possible!

Feeling super defeated & vulnerable to be make yet another post like this.. but along side of old injury flare ups setting me back, I’ve now developed (SRS) -slipping rib syndrome which I had during my second pregnancy as well. This is typically caused by hormonal changes combined with the added pressure from baby growing and pushing into the ribcage.. which causes the surrounding muscles to seize up, leading to a good amount of pain. The only way around it is rest/recovery until the pain has subsided but it will likely be an ongoing issue for the duration of this pregnancy as I’m more susceptible to these flare ups/issues. I will also be actively seeking help from my chiropractor.
With all of that being said.. I’m going to have to push back the completion of Active 3.0 yet again per my doctors recommendation of additional rest/recovery.. and my heart is breaking to even type that because I hate not being reliable and letting you all down. My promise to you, is that I WILL complete the program. It’s just going to have to be done at a slower pace.
My question for you is.. 1. would you prefer that I release each video as I’m able to complete them..
OR 2. finish the rest of the program and release it all at one time upon completion?
I’d also love to help any way I can to keep you all moving.. so please let me know if you’d like for me to put together an alternate weekly schedule for you to follow, including links to specific workouts.
I’m going to promise to do my best to keep moving forward with this program while being mindful of my body because I can’t afford to end up bed bound.
& I am SO sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. It was never my intention and I’m truly so upset it’s come to this.

Hi friends! Just a quick update from me..
I’ve been dealing with a persisting neck injury for a couple of weeks now and unfortunately it’s caused me to fall behind in my filming due to having to take more time than anticipated for healing.
With that being said.. Upon completing week 8 of Active 3.0 we’re going to take a “deload week” (workouts listed below).. so 1. we can allow the body some extra rest before finishing the last 4 weeks of this program strong.. & 2. so I can get caught up on filming. (My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause).. For this deload week.. I want you guys to lower the weights.. prioritize form & controlled FULL range of motion. Now you don’t have to complete the workouts provided.. this is just what I would personally do and wanted to provide you guys the option for accountability 🤍
I know this won’t apply to all of you.. just those of you who have been following this program closely!
Also- Would love a check in from all of you! How’s everyone feeling/doing with their goals/habits/daily sweat sessions?! I truly have loved creating Active 3.0 and look forward to being able to wrap it up with all of you! I also look forward to completing it again when the belly isn’t restricting my range of motion. lol.

Lots of new faces here -so wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself 🤗
Let’s see if I can keep this short & sweet..
My name is Devin (middle name Aryana which is where Aryana Active comes from).. I’m 31, a wife to an amazing & supportive husband, a mama to 3 beautiful children -currently 15 weeks pregnant with our 4th, and a dog mom to 3 pups. I’m a SAHM, 3 years into homeschooling, a love for gardening & baking with a strong desire to have a farm stand & spend our days filling it while filling the bellies of the community around us. I love to try new things and encourage my kids to do the same!
Health & fitness has played a prominent role in my life for 20+ years now. I’m a former personal trainer & class instructor to a couple different gyms before taking a step back upon having my third baby. That was a tough but necessary decision made that ultimately lead me to this endeavor! I started this YT channel in May of 2024 with the desire to continue pursuing my passion for health & fitness with hopes of helping others along the way. Countless hours spent studying the ins & outs of YT, filming, & editing (definitely not a “natural” content creator). Weeks of time & effort from my husband to build out and set up my studio space while also managing his auto & marine detailing business (phewwww). And years of eduction/continued education to ensure I’m offering & encouraging the best of the best (although I’m ALWAYS open to constructive criticism because I don’t know everything and would never claim to). And my goodness.. it has been SO worth it!
When I say I’m in absolute AWE of the connections & community that this endeavor has brought into my life.. I truly mean it. 6000+ amazing individuals, working hard -together, with the mutual goal of becoming the best version of ourselves.. WOW! The support, encouragement, and kindness that you all have shown not only me.. but each other, has been nothing short of incredible. The abundance of positivity has been such a light to this community & it’s all thanks to YOU!
Thank you! Thank you for showing up with the willingness to work hard. For trusting me with each workout & program. For committing to becoming a stronger & more capable version of yourself. For prioritizing your health & wellness while also sharing a small portion of your day with me. Your hard work & efforts do not go unnoticed & I’m so grateful to have you here!
