Hello guys. I feel very bad about disappearing like I have. It's been on my mind to write a community post for a while. My laptop is still causing problems, so editing is difficult still. But I also feel pretty uninspired and unmotivated at the moment. So if you have any video ideas or suggestions I would be happy to hear them. I can't make any promises though, unfortunately. I also want to thank all of you. I still get new subscribers, and views and comments on older videos every day. I appreciate you guys so much. Borahae 💜
Hello lovely people. First of all I really want to thank you for the love you've been giving my channel lately. 💜
A lot has happened in my life since I last talked to you like this. And the changes might have effects on my channel too. I've cut off my parents, moved to a different city and started university. I'm studying Korean language and literature. I'm living on my own for the first time ever in my life. I am cooking and taking responsibility for so many things. I've been living on saved up money so far but I need to find a job soon. When I made a Patreon back in spring, I was hoping it could serve this purpose, as well as help me buy a new laptop. Alas, nobody ever joined, and I stopped that from being an option.
Things have been have been hard, ngl, but I did a damn good job with everything so far. I'm very proud of myself. And I'm feeling much better these days since I'm not in that awful environment anymore.
Getting to how any of this will affect my channel. My laptop is very old. I rely on it for so many things. Even more so now with online classes. The problem is, if it breaks I cannot afford to buy a new one. And editing videos really takes a toll on it. So I had actually decided to take a break from making videos. The last video I uploaded had been sitting in my laptop almost completed for ages. So I made an exception for that, decided I would finish export and upload it, and then take a break. Originally I was going to make this post to announce that hiatus. But with the love and attention my videos have been getting lately, I have a lot of motivation and excitement for making videos now.
So ultimately, I don't know what I'm going to do, but taking a break would be the smarter option. I would actually be doomed if my laptop broke.
I'm feeling a lot of anxiety about both finding and maintaining a job, what with my mental health struggles. So I got back to thinking how nice it would be if I could have a functioning Patreon. But honestly, most likely nobody would join again, and even if people wanted to, like I said I probably should be taking a break all together rather than taking on more commitments regarding my youtube channel. I don't have much I can offer anyway. Last time I did early uploads there, and made text posts on the progress of making the videos. But not only is that not much, the text posts were all just full of my anxiety, and I doubt they would have been pleasant to read for anyone. Not to mention it was a stupid idea in the first place, because making enough money to buy a laptop would take forever.
At the end of all this rambling, we have not reached a conclusion 😂 I might be taking a break, but I also might not be taking a break. I would like to have something like Patreon, but I don't know if or how it could work. If anyone has any ideas, or if anyone would like to join in any capacity if I made anything, I would appreciate it if you let me know.
But in summary, a lot has changed in my life, and mostly for good! Also if I don't post much or at all, you now know why. I really wanted to talk to you.

I’ve been very upset about the murder of George Floyd. Obviously even more so because this was just the tip of the iceberg. Police in the US murder black people for being black all the time and it needs to stop. I am ashamed that I didn’t talk about what's been going on and how I feel about it on the internet until now. It has been very much on my mind but I felt like I could not provide anything, as I am not black and I am not even American. I can’t physically participate in or experience what’s going on in the US right now, even as a non-black person. I can only keep up with things online. So I can’t do much other than to express my horror and sadness here as well as repeat what’s been said so many times. But talking about this even in this lacking way is better than to not talk about it at all. I do have 40 thousand subscribers after all. So listen to and amplify the voices of black people. Educate yourself and others around you. Try to help in whatever way you can. These crimes against black people are a crime against humanity and we should all stand up to it. I really hope a real change can be made. But I can not put any of that anywhere near eloquently without spending forever trying to write it. And I’m not the best person to write it either. So I’m just gonna say please seek out to educate yourself and the upcoming generations. Do that by seeking out and listening to people of color and their experiences.

I mean what are the chances right? It will be perfect upload to celebrate agust d 2. ANYWAY I'm sooooooooo excited YOONGI's lyrics and parts are so often my favorite parts in songs. Actually my top 3 BTS songs of all time (solo or group) are (IN NO ORDER I CAN'T DECIDE) So Far Away from the first Agust D mixtape (though I prefer the version with jk and jin I think but BOTH are great) First Love (which is obviously Yoon's solo from Wings and BS&T. Anyway omg I'm so exciteeeeeeeed.
Now that I made a video for all members' scenes in all music videos, I'm wondering if I should update them. Some of the videos are as outdated as DNA and Mic Drop. But people don't seem to be as interested in the series anymore and I don't want to be uploading the same kind of videos all the time. So I wanted to ask your opinion. If I do decide to update them, I thought of 3 options. The first one is that I could update the videos on each member's birthday. The second one is that I could update them all every comeback. This one might be hard to do because of my shitty laptop though. The third is I could only update the really outdated ones, and I could update the not so outdated ones when they do become really outdated. So there is no structure or schedule with this option. PS. I really want to take your opinion into consideration but I might decide to go with something other than what gets the most votes in the end. At the end of the day, the idea has to satisfy me. And I suck at making decisions even if there seems to be an obvious choice sometimes. So just letting you know the result of this poll might not be 100% what I do.
Is it a big risk to include a lot of V Live content in a compilation? I can't make money on this channel regardless of if the video gets copyright claimed or not, so that's not a problem. But I obviously don't want copyright strikes. Is V Live dangerous for that? If so, would covering up the logo help or is that just a myth? Please help me out guys! 💜
