I'm a 26 year old digital artist/aspiring storywriter who fancies himself in fine arts and edgy video games.
My content mainly focuses on telling fan made stories for the video game franchise, Twisted Metal. I have an ongoing series based on Twisted Metal: Black and its cancelled sequel, "Twisted Metal: Harbor City"
I also love music, and will sometimes post random tracks out of boredom. I'm especially fond of nu metal
I'm also a fan of Manhunt, Grand Theft Auto, Postal, The Evil Within, HuniePop, Max Payne, and Killer7.
Programs I use:
Eleven Labs for narration.
paint.net for making stills/concept art.
The videos themselves are edited/spliced together using Sony Vegas Pro.
I hope you all like what I put out. Keep it Twisted, my friends🤘

The results are in. You guys really wanna see a story for Twister, huh? Alright then. Once we're finished with Axel, Outlaw, and Outlaw II, she will definitely be next. Good choice, really. I know her and Slam have been requested a lot for this fan series, so I will deliver.
Honestly, I'm excited for all these. Now that the weight of making a psychological story for Dollface is off my shoulders, things will be a little easier.
As you all saw on my Shorts page, yes: the sequel to Axel's fan made interpretation from two years ago is already in the process of being made, and there's already been a good amount of progress on it.
Unlike when I was working on Dollface's intro, which was delayed for some months mainly due to writer's block, alongside the brain fog, the writing for Axel's intro is coming to me easier than I initially thought it would.
Also, seeing as how Thumper came in 2nd place, I'll be doing them right after Twister, followed by Mr. Slam (3rd place) and Pit Viper, who came in last.
Then, after all of that, there's one more new character I'll be covering before returning to the main roster from Twisted Metal: Lost. The new character in-question is none other than "Death Trap", aka the Old Pickup driven by The Zorko Bros.
While Bob & Randy have appeared in only two episodes so far, they are set to have their own leading role, in which their business is falling apart from the damage Calypso did to the junkyard after the previous tournament. They scrap together an old custom pickup truck enter, likely so they can wish for their business to improve.
Not sure how the ending is gonna go, but I'm thinking Randy could say something that'll backfire on him, like "business should be booming", only for Calypso to blow up what's left of their junkyard. Idk, I'd have to give it more thought, but at least I have a clearer vision for them now compared to when I discussed them in the Q&A vid last year.
So, the game plan: Axel, Outlaw, Outlaw II, Twister, Thumper, Mr. Slam, Pit Viper, and Death Trap will be the main focuses for the next several months, if not longer. Then, we'll continue the TML roster starting with Yellow Jacket, and slowly work our way down to Warthog, then cover the remaining bonus characters and bosses.
We're reaching the halfway point of completing Season 2, though if it weren't for everything I put up with during the Summer, we would've been here long before. Better late than never, I suppose.
Anyways, you guys enjoy the rest of you night. I'm likely gonna be working on drafting some dialogue for Axel, make a couple of new stills, and maybe even try out The Punisher video game. Keep it Twisted, my friends!

With Dollface's story finally finished and Axel's currently underway, as well as following it up with the two Outlaw/Lawmen storyline, which character should I do next after Outlaw II?
Personally, I'm VERY excited to make a sequel to Thumper's story based on "Tales From The Hood". But Twister and Mr. Slam are some of the most highly-requested characters for TMB/TMHCS.
Pit Viper's sequel is also meant to be very important and will likely introduce one of the characters from TM1, but Idk.
Which character should be next?

Yeah, I wasn't kidding when I said that I was trying to push for Darkside/Dollface's story to be released this Friday. After 5 months of planning, breaking down, and rebuilding my momentum, it has finally been taken care of. It's set to premiere tonight at 10 o'clock EST.
Now, like I said: There is a bit of a trigger warning with it, due to the subject matter regarding psychological abuse and head trauma. But just know that it's definitely not for the faint of heart.
Despite that, it's gotta be one of the best entries of TMHCS, from a narrative standpoint. A lot of Dollface's trauma hit me like a nail on the face, which is why it took over 5 months to work on. I wanted it to be less vague than it was in TMB, and I definitely succeeded.
Some stuff about her was never really explained, like how she got the truck or where the gimp suit came from. My interpretation of Harbor City will explain it all. And trust me: It makes so much sense when you start to realize just how evil Mr. Kreel actually was.
It came directly from the heart, as me and others I've known have dealt with a similar experiences, whether it'd be from our childhood or adult life. It may be fictional, but working on it resonated with me in a way that I have trouble explaining.
If Harbor City would've never been cancelled, Sony probably would've censored a lot of this stuff. But if Max Payne can get away with killing a baby during the intro sequence, I suppose anything is possible.
Speaking of babies: I'm happy to say that I'm already making preparations for the next episode of Twisted Metal: Harbor City Stories, which is going to be a sequel to the fan made interpretation I did for Axel a couple of years back when I first started. I've already began editing PNGs together for it, even making a visual of Axel's son, as well as updating his wife's appearance, as well.
As some of you might remember: My first attempt at making a full story for Axel in TMB was, REALLY rough, mainly due to the fact that I was still new on how to use the text-to-speech program, as well as my limited resources, lack of assets, and primitive editing skills.
Eventually, I ended up remaking it later that same year, fixing the mistake I made when Axel said he "received a phone call from the police" regarding his wife, but rather sticking with what was already mentioned in his loading screen dialogue about pieces of her being sent to him. It was really an oversight, on my end. But I made up for it.
Even watching the rough cut today feels off. Especially when I was half-assing the images, making Axel's wife look more like a waifu lmao. So, with this upcoming sequel, I intend to do what I've been doing, that being a more-detailed, more fleshed out version of the story from before, only adding more to it and giving this version of Axel a proper conclusion to his arc, marking the end of his penance.
Not gonna spoil everything I had in mind, but just know that one of the middles will depict a pretty badass scene featuring Axel and a familiar scientist.
We'll see how it pans out, in the end. But I've got a better feeling about this one, since his story isn't as deep-cut as Dollface was. Yeah, it's still pretty brutal and deals with the topic of grief, guilt, and self-torment, but I've technically told this story before.
Now that I've gotten better at editing and can tell better and longer stories now, you can only imagine that this is going to be a better version of the previous one.
Although I'm only in the preparation/brainstorming phase, I'm pretty eager to get started as soon as possible so you all don't have to wait another 5 months lol.
This year has been more challenging than I ever anticipated. With all the hate going on rn, all we can really do is exist, at this point. Unfortunately, stigma has dominated certain perspectives we could have.
All I can say is that shaming and attention-seeking isn't the way, especially when it comes to people like me having some sort of moral compass when it comes to working on this stuff.
It's never my intent to discourage, shame, or threaten to replace others who spend all their time and effort making something 10X better than anything I ever could. In fact, I admire those who have that kind of talent. I just simply wish to co-exist with them in a civilized manner.
Either way, that's all I have to say, for now. Be prepared for "A Damaged Doll" tonight, then I'll start editing the Axel sequel story together. I'm definitely more excited for Outlaw (SWAT) and Outlaw II, who are next on the blacklist :D

Before I doze off, I wanna thank you all for tuning into the fan made Twisted Metal 30-year tribute vid. Lol, I'll be honest: It was put it together last-minute, due to me forgetting the exact date, and what day of November I was in.
But, I'm glad I was able to make something, at least, for TM's 30th anniversary. Today was the perfect day to do it, and I thankfully managed to put something out there in a timely-manner.
Also, I have a HUGE update regarding Twisted Metal: Harbor City Stories' next episode; the aforementioned Dollface story, which was in Development Hell for nearly 5 months, is finally in the process of being finished.
I spent most of today preparing her first middle; which, to be honest, was VERY hard for me to make. I'm not gonna spoil it, but let's just say that the subject matter might actually evoke some tears, considering how messed up Dollface's origin was.
Much like the rest of the episodes, it goes into greater detail about how she was treated by Mr. Kreel. And what happens to her in the story may or may not reflect some real life events that happened to me or someone I know.
A lot of people have expressed their love for Dollface; how she deserves better. Some have even claimed she's one of the more sympathetic characters in the game.
But, as far as her new story goes, it's gonna be very hefty. I'm definitely gonna have to put some warnings out there before it premiers, cause with what she goes through will probably ruffle a few feathers. But, there's a reason why this story is gonna be so deep...
Out of every character in TMB, Dollface is the one I personally relate to the most. I've cosplayed as her before, and also have my own traumas that I deal with. Of course, my head isn't growing, but you get the point.
The point of me telling a story like isn't just to make another episode of TMHCS, but to also speak out against one of the most REAL problems in the world, that being abuse.
Whether it'd be physical, emotional, psychological, etc., abuse is a real problem; more so than anything else in the world. It damages people, mentally. It ruins their lives and turns them into a broken mess, which will definitely be a main theme in this episode.
Anyways, thanks for reading. I'm gonna go to sleep for a bit. Then, I'll wake up and continue making her 2nd middle and ending. I'm trying to push for a Friday release, depending on how fast I can work on it. But, it's gonna be a good story done in good-taste, regardless of the subject matter.

I was reminded that this Wednesday, November 5th, will be Twisted Metal's 30th anniversary. The first game was released for the Sony PlayStation on November 5th, 1995.
It's cool to know that this series has been around for three decades, now. Three decades of this high octane extravaganza, marking thirty years of Calypso's twisted freaking scheme.
I've been a fan of it since I was a toddler, the first game I played being Twisted Metal 4. Although some consider it the worst in the series, it's still a REALLY good game that I still play and enjoy over 20 years later.
Of course, later on, I would buy the rest of the Twisted Metal games, with the exception of Twisted Metal 2012, due to me never owning a PS3. Kind of a shame, really. I like the cars in that game. But overall, I've enjoyed each and every one of them for both their strengths and their flaws.
Twisted Metal is such a cool series. Though, when it comes to TM1, there's definitely (and understandably) some flaws in the gameplay, especially with the ram damage. It's very dated, compared to some of the later games.
Nonetheless, we all start somewhere. Despite the clunky gameplay, I still have a lot of appreciation for the ideas and character concepts that were introduced; some of which remained exclusive to it.
Certain characters like Yellow Jacket, Crimson Fury, and Pit Viper are among my favorites, mainly due to the fact that they didn't appear much after this game, which is a shame, really. They had a lot of potential.
Of course, we can't forget the legend himself, Mr. Ash, who had been scrapped at least two times in the series (TM3 and Small Brawl). But, despite that, he's still my favorite character.
Seriously, Darkside/Mr. Ash is so cool. He's like a shadowy devil character on a mission to retrieve the powerful demon that Calypso stole. Not to mention: The lost ending was hilarious. "NOOOOOO!! BLACK?! WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!" I love it.
Lol, yeah. This series has stuck with me for so many years. Sweet Tooth alone is iconic. A crazy clown driving an ice cream truck covered in pink polka dots. It's no wonder he's the mascot of this series.
Mr. Tooth has evolved graciously over the years. He went from a crackhead Joker-wannabe, to a circus freak wanting to become a bug, to a sadistic Carny Barker candy man, to overthrowing Calypso and becoming an evil ringmaster, and we've even seen him as a kid clown.
It wasn't until Twisted Metal: Black where he got his iconic look that's still used to this day, turning him into a machete-wielding killer clown built like Jason Voorhees. Our clown boy has come a long way in the past 30 years.
But, yeah. 30 years since TM1 came out this Wednesday. Pretty crazy to think about. Man, I wish Brandon Alex were here. For those of you who don't know, one of my first internet friends was a user named Brandon Alex/Hiro Hamada (formerly known as Apocalypse 9). He was a young fan of Twisted Metal who aspired to grow up and become a game developer.
Unfortunately, he passed away from respiratory failure in like 2017/2018, and I didn't find out it happened until 2022. It's kinda sad he's no longer around to see how the TM community has thrived with the fan projects and television show. I'm sure he would've loved it 😔RIP Alex (Hiro Hamada).
Although there hasn't been a proper game since 2012, the fan community has kept the series alive after all these years with fan projects and content. Things like the Twisted Metal television series on Peacock, retrospective content, and even Angel's awesome independent fan game called "Twisted Metal V", with additional help from other members of the community. Definitely looking forward to the next big update.
And yeah, of course, we have my content, as well; the fan made storytelling web series based on Twisted Metal: Black and its cancelled sequel, "Harbor City". Despite the series going on a 5 month hiatus, its set to continue as long as my channel stands and ElevenLabs is usable.
I know my content isn't perfect, but I'm just glad it's getting some support. Making an entire independent motion comic series based on the infamous Twisted Metal: Lost bios, while also adding the stuff from Harbor City's prototype builds, has been one heck of an experience.
It started out easy enough, but got much more difficult as it progressed. I guess that's what happens when the lore gets so deep. But rest assured: It'll keep going, even if I have to wait until 2030 to finish the last episode.
Nonetheless, Twisted Metal is still an awesome series. The vibe, the vehicles, and the characters are all so charming in their own way. David Jaffe and Scott Campbell gave the world something awesome back in '95.
I wanna give a huge shout-out to the community for keeping this series alive. Even if Sony doesn't want to make a new game right now, I'm thankful the fans have been keeping it alive.
Whether it'd be making video content, art, writings, or fan games of it, we've accomplished a lot. Even when modern technology plays a role, we continue to thrive until a proper new game is released. This series may be neglected by Sony, but whatever it takes, we'll remain Twisted.
I'm Justin Dark, and I thank you for playing 30 years of Twisted Metal! 😈

Time's been slipping away from me. I failed to realize that it's already been two weeks since the TM4 Super Spectre vid dropped. Oops lol.
Idk what happened, to be honest. Two weeks ago, I was on a roll with editing and ended up getting 3 vids completed within a matter of a week, which felt amazing.
But after I was done with Super Spectre, I took another week off so I could focus on making preparations for a Halloween Bash, which I actually attended last night dressed as Dollface. It was fun.
Good news regarding her, though: I managed to finally get some more visuals done for her upcoming episode in TMHCS. I put together a few new images/stills for the video, including one with Calypso outside of a vintage dollhouse, and one where she finds the truck.
Yeah, her story is definitely making more and more progress as the days go by, slowly but surely. But cosplaying her at a Halloween party definitely gave me a bit of inspiration, though.
I honestly didn't think it would take me THIS long to work on a story for Dollface, but man. It's a lot more work than I initially thought. Not to mention: She has one of the most traumatic and heartbreaking stories in TMB, so adding more layers to it is going to be difficult, given the subject matter and whatnot.
This story might even trigger some emotions because of it, idk. She's a woman who was abused by both her father and her ex-employer; something that unfortunately happens a lot in the real world.
I'll likely use this story as a way to speak against abuse, given that I'm a victim of it. Maybe that's why it's taking me so long. The subject matter is pretty serious and is never to be taken lightly, even if its a fictional story for an edgy game about cars and machine guns.
Eh, idk. A lot of details about her story have changed since I announced it earlier this year. I remember discussing the subject of her wish during one of my livestreams, and although I said "She will likely wish to be cured", that's ultimately changed.
I'm not gonna say what her wish is now, but just know that it's somewhat similar to Sweet Tooth's wish in Twisted Metal 2. Considering how much pain Dollface is in, and considering her severe case of brain damage, chances are this is going to be one confusing and psychological story, but it'll still be just as well-made as the rest of the eps.
That's about it, as far as updating goes. Lol but if anyone wants to see the vids of me as Dollface at the Halloween Bash, I highly recommend you follow my TikTok page, justindark98.
I've said this on an update video, but I'll say it here too: My TikTok has some exclusive content that I will not be posting to YT Shorts, due to the toxicity and copyright issues regarding length and audio. I've been on that damn app since 2019, so yeah. I'd really appreciate it if more people followed me on there.
Anyways, thanks for reading. I'm hoping to finally have Dollface finished next month so I can move on to Axel, Outlaw, Outlaw II, etc. I've just fallen behind 😅

It's already been a few days, but I'm still VERY surprised that I somehow managed to get the 3 new episodes of TM4 Reimagined done within only a week. Lol now why couldn't I have done this in August/September? Either way, I'm happy to finally have Calypso, Captain Grimm, and Super Spectre's stories finished.
While I'm not 100% sure who I'm going to tackle next, I still have plenty of ground to cover.
The main roster is slowly but surely being knocked down. I've done conceptual reworks for at least half of the characters, so far. The only conceptual reworks that remain are Meter Maid, General Warthog, Goggle Eyes, Microblast, Trash Man, and Drag Queen. Everyone else has already been taken care of.
Of course, even after I do the rest of the conceptual reworks, I'm still going to attempt to add in some new characters using the Create a Cars, some of which I retextured to fit the drivers I plan on adding. Though, I did recently come up with yet another retexture idea, specifically for one of the Chevrolet G-30 vans. I plan on retexturing to have more of a magical Mardi Gras theme for my jester character(s) lol. There's also the matter of adding the non-existent cars as well, namely the recently created "Super Shadow" boss.
And yes, I still intend on doing something with the Create a Cars that resemble Crimson Fury, Hammerhead, Outlaw, etc. I actually have some awesome ideas for Crimson Fury and Hammerhead, specifically. A bit of fan service for those who like TM1/TM2. Outlaw, on the other hand, is supposed to have a completely new driver; an OC I created back in the early 2010s during middle school.
Now, about Twisted Metal: Harbor City Stories, I would definitely like to resume production the next episode of it with the whole "Dollface Brain Damage" arc. With the recent additions to TM4R, I've sort of gotten back into the swing of editing TM fan content again.
Unfortunately, one thing that holds me back is that the tone and writing in TMHCS is much different. The way I would describe the theme of Twisted Metal: Harbor City Stories is horror with psychological/supernatural elements added to it. Twisted Metal 4 Reimagined can more or less be described as a "dark comedy".
So, yeah. For whatever reason, TM4 is a lot easier to make content for than Harbor City, unfortunately. Probably due to the lighter tone and less hefty storytelling. Nonetheless, they're both good series and have gained some sort of audience, even though TMHCS is definitely the better of the two. So, I do intend on trying to finish it.
All together, Calypso, Captain Grimm, and Super Spectre only took up 34% of this month's ElevenLabs quota, so there's still plenty of it left to use for Dollface. About 197K quota left, plus 2 free regenerations per same line. Just gotta make sure it gets some use.
That is all.

Well, I'll be damned. It only took a few days to finish the Captain Grimm ending. It REALLY was smooth sailing, with him. Calypso? Not so much...
But now that both Calypso and the Captain have been taken care of, we can finally move onto the main event. As some of you may already know, earlier this year, I came up with an idea to include a brand new boss vehicle dubbed "Super Spectre". Seeing as how it's October, I feel like it's necessary to finally make a video on him.
I was inspired by rewatching an old video by NeoSpearBlade called "Twisted Metal Hot Wheels", which was basically a video showcasing which Hot Wheels cars would fit for the various Twisted Metal characters. Neo even included the bonus idea for car upgrades like in Vigilante 8: Second Offense.
When he got to Spectre's upgraded variant, I was intrigued by the car shown in the video, which was none other than 1977's "Science Friction". Just the visual design was appealing and seeing it again gave me the idea to make a boss version of Spectre in Twisted Metal 4.
In case you weren't aware: Spectre is a staple in the Twisted Metal series, appearing in TM1, TM2, TM3, and most of the games that would follow, but was seemingly left out of TM4 (though, there is a create a car that resembles him). Still, I think Spectre could've made a great addition to Twisted Metal 4's otherworldy tone, so I decided it was time to brainstorm some ideas for a "Super Spectre" boss.
What ended up being made was an evil jester ghost character named "Freakface", an entity based on Ghostface and The Luna Ghost from Scooby-Doo. He drives Super Spectre and is fought as a boss in the concept level "Graveyard Town". But, as you can see from this image, he's not alone.
Originally, I was going to have just Super Spectre in there. But then, I thought about the dual boss fight between Super Auger and Super Slamm. I thought having two bosses in Graveyard Town would work, given how both Shadow and Spectre do fit the tone.
So, earlier today, I REALLY thought about adding in a "Super Shadow" (not to be confused with Shadow The Hedgehog lol). This was the result. Although she doesn't have an official name yet, the driver of this badass hearse is a gothic vampire hunter inspired by Wesley Snipes' "Blade" character, along with Blackfire from DC's "Teen Titans". Name suggestions are welcome.
I figured I'd try something new with the Super Shadow, instead of just forcing Mortimer Scharf from TM2 in there. TM4 was full of new ideas, so I'm pretty much embracing that aspect of this game, with a few exceptions. Super Shadow's ending probably won't be coming as soon as I'd like, given how this new character was created fairly recently.
Nonetheless, the Super Spectre ending should be out before Halloween. I haven't really made any dialogue for it, yet. But that's about to change. Freakface is gonna make TM4 feel EXTRA spooky!

Well, we did it. Calypso's fan made ending in Twisted Metal 4 Reimagined is now finished, and has been receiving great reception so far.
Now that's he's done, we can finally get to the fun stuff. So, like I've said before: The next character I plan on covering for this project is none other than this game's rendition of Mr. Grimm known only as "Captain Grimm", aka the skeleton pirate driving the pirate ship hot rod with a large cannon mounted on the front.
I'll be honest: Captain Grimm is considerably one of the worst characters in TM4, from a gameplay standpoint. They really should've made the special weapon stronger. Thankfully, Pedro's mods fix this. Nonetheless, the driver being a skeleton pirate is an awesome idea, and sort of gives Mr. Grimm a bit more personality.
Captain Grimm is planned to be the first of the two spooky-themed characters I'd like to do for this month, along with the fan made "Super Spectre" boss. If you couldn't tell, October is a pretty good month for content, imo. Adding spooky characters to TM4 Reimagined should be a real treat.
But, back to Captain Grimm: I've been wanting to make a proper story for him since Halloween 2023. Oddly enough, I remember thinking about the sword fight between him and Sweet Tooth right before going to the downstairs TV to watch the FNAF movie. Two years later, and I'm finally acting on it.
Now, his ending for TM4 Reimagined will be a lot like the final game's version. But, if you've seen what we've done so far: There's obviously gonna be a lot more to his backstory, since I'd like to elaborate on the idea that he's "Death dressed up for the holidays".
It's also worth mentioning that unlike the version in the original game, my rendition of Captain Grimm will actually speak for himself, rather than having the parrot talk for him (who's named "Soulivan" in my version). I plan on using Mr. Grimm's voice from Head-On, because for some reason, he has a sort of gruff Australian accent in that game, which is oddly fitting for a pirate character. He almost sounds like Captain Jack Sparrow lol.
It's kind of like what I did with Sweet Tooth; having him actually speak for himself with Melvin occasionally interjecting. Captain Grimm will be getting the same treatment. He'll also give a proper explanation on how he became a pirate in the first place; how he dropped the "Mr. Grimm" name and started a new chapter in his voyage to devour souls.
And unlike the manual, which stated that he gave up trying to gather a crew, I'm gonna throw in a piece of bonus lore which will explain that yes, every sailor he interviewed did end up dropping dead upon arrival (cause, you know, he's DEATH), so Grimm decided to strike a deal with one of the underworld's higher-ups, and was given an undead pirate crew, a ghostly ship, and even a new wardrobe to match his new image. The crew also helped him build the pirate ship car he used in the tournament.
Basically, in a nutshell, Mr. Grimm was bored and wanted to try something new. His fan made ending, which is already underway, will further explain all of this. I'm just glad to be covering him, is all. Although inferior to the classic Mr. Grimm character, I still think the whole pirate aspect gives him more personality and was a cool new take on him.
"Yar, Captain Grimm's the name. And soul-collecting is me game! I'll have my revenge on that clown, and his soul shall dangle from me hook!"

August and September 2025 will go down as some of the most challenging and pointless months in my entire life. Literally 2 months of nothingness, as far as producing content here on Twisted Dark Productions. But it is now October 1st, and I'm finally starting to get my head back into Calypso's game, as this month marks two years since the debut episode of "Twisted Metal 4 Reimagined", which began with the fan made Minion ending; which still goes down as one of my Top 5 best videos.
Seriously, the Minion ending I put together two years ago still holds up, tbh. Yeah, some of the visuals were a bit rough compared to later entries, but the concept, from what people have told me, is good. And that's always nice to hear.
But, back to it being October. TM4 Reimagined was originally going to be strictly an October to December thing. However, this year, I broke that tradition and decided to make it all year-round, as I was desperate to get all 9 boss characters' finished after all this time. I probably ended up making more entries for TM4 Reimagined this year alone than the previous years, even making a shitpost/spoof ending on April Fool's Day for the fictitious "Cornflake Man".
But, seeing as how this month marks the two year anniversary of TM4R's debut, I feel like now's a good time to start working on episodes again. The last episode I produced was for Sweet Tooth himself, which sort of marked the end of an era, as that was the last boss vehicle to make an ending for. We went out with a bang, though, as it was the longest and wackiest one yet, featuring Sweet Tooth taking on his doppelganger in a game show scene.
Now, I'm trying to craft the next addition to the project, that being a conceptual rework for Calypso, which is set to be a longer version of the one in the final game; having more banter between Calypso and Sweet Tooth, building on their rivalry that will ultimately end similarly like in the final game. Though, there's meant to be an additional twist at the end, which I think you all may like.
I've been thinking up stuff for this ending for quite a while, now. But, I'm happy to say that some cohesive thoughts for their dialogue finally crossed my mind earlier today when I was thinking about Dr. Neo Cortex sounding similar to Calypso, which is something I noticed even as a kid.
One piece of dialogue that came to mind was Calypso saying to Sweet Tooth "Surprised to see me, Sweet Tooth? Like the flames on your head, I keep coming back!" If you know, you know ;)
But, yeah. Hopefully, this means the brain fog is finally about to subside; because it's been WAAAAYYYY too long, man. I know TM4R isn't as popular as TMHCS, but it does have viewers. At least 1K views per entry, which isn't too bad. Hopefully, I can get this Calypso rework taken care of soon enough, now that I'm finally starting to get some good dialogue ideas to fit the demeanor of the characters.
Like I said in my update vid, though. I'm still very tired, but it's starting to feel a tad easier on me as of right now. I'm anticipating on working on Captain Grimm and Super Spectre next, as again: It's October, aka Spooky Month. TM4's vibe kinda fits with Halloween, imo. And considering that I'm planning on doing stories for a pirate skeleton and evil ghost next, it would fit the holiday quite nicely. Hopefully, I can do a scarecrow character at some point, since I've been rewatching scenes of Scarecrow from Batman: Arkham Knight as of late in preparation for this month's festivities.
As long as Calypso plays nice with me, everything should go according to plan. I'm sure it'll turn out good, in the end. Adding to Sweet Tooth and Calypso's rivalry with banter and a callback to the fan made TM3 ending should be a real treat. Until then, we wait. There's still a lot I can do with this project. Infinite possibilities with such limited time and energy. Either way, that's it. Thanks for reading.
